New park planned for Clyde

A new regional park is planned for Clyde, east of Cranbourne, under the Victorian Government’s Suburban Parks Program. It will provide space where people can connect with nature and walk, run, ride, canoe and picnic, as well as providing habitat for plants and animals

The 120-hectare regional park will be adjacent to Ballarto Road in Clyde, beside a new sports precinct. Together, the regional park, sports precinct and adjacent drainage basin will create a large community approximately half the size of the entire Cranbourne Botanic Gardens and bushland area.
